This is what the past week looked like.
Spring has sprung.
Sinking into the couch.
G cleaned out the shed, insert all the praise hands!
Find beauty in the mundane.
Decaf lavender dream latte with 2 pumps lavender and oat milk.
Enjoying his pup cup, lol.
Spot stealer.
My favorite Spindrift flavor.
Blocking M in while we had a door open and he somehow got through the chairs without moving them.
I'm not even angry, I'm impressed.
G and I laughed a lot during Hannah's comedy special.
Burrata and tomato toast.
Just a dog and his new toy.
In office day.
Lunch (and all the sauce) with procurement friends.
Porch sitting is the dream.
Starry night.
There was a garage sale down the street and I snagged a few B&B candles.
I enjoyed this book more than I expected.
Fave quotes:
"When you like a flower you pluck it. When you love a flower you water it daily."
"I define the deepest love as when you like someone's personality, respect their values, and help them toward their goals in a long-term, committed relationship."
"Solitude is not a failure to love. It is the beginning of love. During the time we spend without a sidekick, we move through the world differently, more alert to ourselves and the world."
Tea time.
My love for BLT pizza runs deep.
Waiting for his dad to get home.
It's giving Lion King vibes.
He brought me flowers, swoooon.
Tackled more yard work because it's never ending.
G and I started You and it's dark like Dexter and I'm here for it.
The lighting though.
After a week hiatus your girl is back in the water.
My happy place.
I read my first audiobook and Bishop was the perfect dip into the audio world.
Her voice was comforting and her life is so interesting.
Continuing my quest for the best Waterloo flavor.
Handsome man.
Michigan's spring collection is stunningggg.
Deck sitting Sunday.
I'm continually impressed by non-alcoholic wine and this NA prosecco was delicious.
On Sunday I swam with my neighbor and we learned from a fisherman the water temperature was 65 degrees.
That means we are only about 10 degrees away from summer water temps!
A beautiful end to a beautiful weekend.
Great visual.
It's amazing how much calmer and happier I feel by getting rid of things I'm not using.
Update: First floor is completely cleaned out and organized and now I've moved on to the basement.
Shero.
Love this.
YES!
It's funny because it's true.
I feel seen.
I'm such a homebody.
Ugh it's so true.
Sure haven't.
I need Real Housewives of Chicago (or Birmingham!).
For more life lately:
