This is what the past week looked like.
G spotted a deer family in the backyard.
In office day selfie.
I have some very talented coworkers.
I couldn't decide which one I liked better: Mr. Monopoly or the carousel.
Lunch with my team.
GBH spotting.
Groomed and looking dapper.
Spooky soap.
Treated myself to lunch when I picked M up from the groomers.
Tree on fire.
Grabbed quiche too while I was out for breakfasts this week.
Pop of pink morning.
It was a stressful, exhausting week and I capped it off by spilling my lunch all over my desk.
It was like M could feel the stress in my office and camped out here while I worked.
Having a Skittles moment.
We had 77 trick or treaters which is a record high in this sub.
Saturday morning vibes.
Rain turned into hail...
Oh hail no. :)
I finally decided to decorate for fall and got all the decorations out to purge and organize.
It's giving cozy vibes.
Organized and put away the summer and Christmas decorations.
M and I enjoyed seeing all the Halloween decor one last time.
I like cutesy Halloween decor.
Had to document this record in Monopoly Deal.
Over $133M in the bank, but I still lost!
I enjoyed Victoria Beckham's doc, especially her time in The Spice Girls and her relationship with David.
Burger as big as my head.
Because tradition.
Frenchie.
Cauliflower steak for the win as a late night snack.
Not our cutest picture, but we had to document the memory.
This was such a sweet read.
Fave quotes:
"Our parents make us feel valid. They are the ones who saw everything of who we really are and loved us anyway. Losing them is like losing a limb."
"I think belief in something better is necessary to lead a life worth living."
"I wondered if other women felt this way - trapped in an aging body yet stuck with a mind still full of possibilities. It was a bitter contradiction."
"You deserve an exciting, adventure-filled life."
This was such a fun binge watch.
I loved this idea of casting characters after work to reclaim those non working hours.
Hello, cozy season.
We don't talk about this enough.
I look forward to that first sip of coffee every single morning.
I love tiny happy things.
I love this reframe on quitting.
This is a brilliant idea.
Hahaha.
For more life lately:
