Life Lately: Week 9 (Part 1!)

This is what the first half of the week looked like.

I love a hotel breakfast.

I do not like hotel coffee though...

Starbucks to the rescue.

Meetings with suppliers all day, but you can't beat that view.

Break between suppliers to explore the gift shop.

Lunch break.

37th floor!

Happy hour at the hotel to celebrate a successful conference.

Lobster roll at Sally's.

Cheers to eating outside (in February!).

Another excellent hotel breakfast.

Coffee from Spill the Beans.

Incoming.

Reunited with dear family friends.

Holy sailboat batman.

Cool bar.

We had the most lovely lunch on the water at Brigantine Seafood.

We all got the chowder and it was heavenly.

My tempura lobster tacos were pretty legit as well.

We went to Coronado Island after lunch and I was swooning over these oceanfront homes.

Ground squirrels are cute.

Wish you were here.

Being touristy.

I love a lifeguard stand pic.

Surfs up.

Fighter jets are loud.

"Nothing compares to the golden coast."

It was a beautiful day to explore the Hotel Del Coronado.

That chandelier though.

They have the old hotel keys hanging behind the reception desk.

As you walk to the back of the property it's a whole new vibe.

The lobby is dark and sophisticated and the closer you get to the beach the lighter and beachier the décor gets.

Obsessed with birds of paradise.

With some of my favorite people, on the patio, overlooking the beach with a drink in my hand.

Does it get better than that?

We had the most perfect day with family friends.

They dropped us off at our car rental and we checked into our airbnb at sunset.

Stay tuned for part 2!
