This is what the past week looked like.
Having a moment with pumpkin seeds on salads.
My lazy coworker.
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken over mashed potatoes is what's for dinner.
Pops of pink.
Egg toast breakfast.
Sunrise walks are still going strong, but starting a bit later since the days are getting shorter.
Aldi garlic hummus is legit.
Cheers to girls night!
The chicken fingers at Cheddar's are a must.
Backyard sunsets will never get old.
Workouts for the week:

Tuesday - 2.42 mile walk and hour swim
Wednesday - 1.68 mile walk
Thursday - 1.78 mile walk and pulled weeds for 30 minutes (that counts!)

Supplier lunch at New Holland.
The leg off the couch though.
After in office days I'm too tired to cook or make a dinner decision so frozen Aldi sushi is what's for dinner.
This would have been a five star read for me, but there was one element of the story I didn't like so it gets a four out of five stars.
Fave quote:
"Life is the stuff that happens in the cracks between your plans and expectations."
I made a slow cooker butter chicken and it was a major fail.
We ended up tossing it and ate popcorn for dinner instead.
Creamsicle skies.
After my gyno appointment I treated myself to an Ahi Tuna Bowl.
Spot stealer.
Reunited with the cul de sac crew!
Our neighbors from our old house bought the house across the lake from us so it's so fun to be neighbors again.
The Weather Channel's got jokes: Plan on some R and R = rays and raindrops.
Sunset through the storm.
Calm after the storm.
Bragel sandwich.
Play with me!
It always seems to rain hard when I'm driving so I pulled over and G took over and it stopped raining, ha.
Meet Sadie!
We spent the day with dear friends we haven't seen in far too long.
We got a tour of their new addition, ate good food...
Watched the hummingbirds and floated in their pool.
She's looking into my soul.
"'Watch for deer' means I love you in Michigan.
Premier soccer is back and G is a happy guy.
Sausage Tortellini is a favorite around here.
More gems from James Clear's newsletter.
I mean, I'm already middle aged.
HOW?!
I loved Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow and I'm reading Same Time Next Summer next so this seems accurate.
It's funny because it's true.
This made me literally laugh out loud.
Nope, not doing it.
I feel seen.
Bahaha.
For more life lately:

Wow that’s a lot of calories burned swimming! Is that freestyle? Are you not doing any strength training anymore?
I swim the breast stroke. I need to do strength training because I haven't been. Any reccs or workouts to do?
