Sunday - Broccoli Cheese Quiche. I just love breakfast for dinner! The bonus is I have breakfast for the rest of the week!

Monday - Avocado and Goat Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This is the recipe I am most excited to try this week.

Tuesday - Indian Curry Chicken. I am obsessed with curry thanks to Garth and this beginner recipe really stuck out to me.
Wednesday - Leftovers. I kinda love leftover night. It is a free for all night to eat up whatever is leftover in the fridge or put together something else from what is in the fridge. I cannot stand throwing food away so this ensures we eat everything.

Friday - Feta Dip & Whole Grain Bread. Sometimes you just need an appetizer for dinner. That is my favorite kind of dinner! Anyone else like that?

Saturday - Quinoa Fried "Rice." I have been wanting to try quinoa forever, and my co-worker finally talked me into it after making me so many yummy quinoa dishes.

I was going to make that tequila lime one too! from howsweeteats? But I don't have any tequila, be sure and post how it turns out so I know if I should go to the liquor store! :)
