Fit Friday!

It’s that time of the week again. Weigh-in day! I have been tracking every single thing I eat again this week, but since I’ve been sick I have been choosing extra sleep over working out in the morning. It is so hard for me to do because I feel off if I don’t work out first thing in the morning, but it’s just not worth it when I can’t breathe out my nose. And I’m not gonna lie, the extra sleep has been wonderful!

The stats this week:
Total Pounds Lost: 1 lbs
Pounds To Go: 8 lbs

I’m averaging a pound a week the last two weeks. Not bad. I like how My Fitness Pal breaks down your food for the week in categories and I’ve noticed that I have been eating way too many carbs and not enough protein so I plan to up my intake this week. As well as work out more consistently this week which hopefully will lead to a two pound loss next week.

My workout plan looked like this last week:

Sunday – 45 min on the elliptical
Monday – Shred Level 3
Tuesday – 30 min on the elliptical
Wednesday – Shred Level 1
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Walk or run with Garth (depending on how we’re feeling)

As for food, I’ve been pretty boring with meals. We had Tuna Melts, Slow Cooker Chicken Chili, Chinese food and leftovers this week. Exciting stuff, I know. Breakfast is either a Luna bar or an Egg in a Mug and lunch has been Progresso Minestrone Soup, Cinnamon Oatmeal or Bagel Sandwich.

How are you guys doing?

In other news, my SIL corrected me on my neighbors Halloween costumes. I'm so embarrassed I don't know my Dr. Seuss characters better! My little neighbor was NOT Dr. Seuss but Cat in the Hat. My apologies for that mistake. Here is a picture of their cuteness:

Adorable, right?! Happy Friday friends!
