This week's menu will be pretty boring. I'm trying to be really healthy because the scale has not moved in three weeks and I'm getting really frustrated.
Monday - Grilled Chicken Fajitas (whole wheat tortillas with grilled chicken and peppers).
Tuesday - Chicken Tortilla Pie.
Wednesday - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.
Thursday - Tuna melts with steamed broccoli.
Friday - Grilled chicken, edamame, and garlic mashed potatoes.
