When Rabbits Attack!

Soooooo it doesn't look as bad now since it's been so windy, but on Saturday we were leaving and noticed dirt on our driveway.

Upon further investigation we realized something (or someone!) was digging up our dirt and getting it all over our driveway. Then when I went to get the mail yesterday I noticed something had been digging in the dirt surrounding our mail box too. Crazy!

We're first-time home buyers so please forgive our ignorance, but at first we thought it was a neighbor's dog. Then we thought it was a neighbor child. Ha! After asking my parents and a few co-workers we're convinced it's probably rabbits. Has this happened to you? How do you keep the rabbits away?

I know there's a product called "Rabbit Scram!" or something like that which is sole at garden centers in our area. I hear it's pretty effective.

Ahh! Sold, not sole :)

I do think there is some sort of rabbit repellant, can't remember what it's called, that is sold at Lowes.

I hate rabbits...especially when they eat off my tulips! Stupid rabbits!

I think rabbits/bunnies are so cute, but they can totally ruin a yard--and especially a garden. Our neightbors have "outdoor cats" and that seems to have solved our rabbit problem.

I think you can get fox urine. Sounds gross, but worth a try? This site http://www.predatorpee.com/ will tell you the kind of pee to use for the animal you think it is!

NO clue! ha ha... I'd love to hear what you find out, though. :-)

Sounds to me like they're just in time for Easter. :-P

Rabbits?? Wow. Took me forever to figure out that it was birds leaving big huge holes in all the tomatoes on our plants. Was driving me crazy.

It sounds like the Easter Bunny came to visit early. Bunnies are so cute, but they can make a mess of things. I've only seen a few around here and we haven't had any issues with them messing up the yard or garden. Good luck!

We may have this issue too!
