At my annual physical, I was telling my doctor I’m on my health journey (down 30 pounds so far!), and he suggested bumping my walks up to 4 miles to keep the progress going.
As someone who used to struggle just to hit 10K steps, it feels easy now.
Manny has fully embraced the 4 mile walks, and I’m especially proud of him.
