My workouts this week:

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Walk an hour on lunch and Body Revolution (BR) Workout 3
Tuesday - 
Walk an hour on lunch and BR Workout 4
Wednesday - Walk an hour on lunch and BR Cardio 1
Thursday - 
Walk an hour on lunch and BR Workout 3
Friday  - 
Walk an hour on lunch and BR Workout 4
Saturday - Walk Manny and BR Cardio

Body Revolution Workout 3 is my least favorite. I'm glad I'm done with it now because it was brutal. G was painting the kitchen Monday while I was doing it and he was laughing at me mumbling about each move. It hurts! Phase one is complete, woohoo!!! I'm excited to start Phase two and start eating on her meal plan since we should have a working fridge and oven soon. I feel so lost without a fridge right now. I hate not being able to grocery shop. I'm such a typical woman. I want what I can't have. I can't cook in the kitchen right now and it's all I want.

Eats this week:




I made a few Mocha Green Monsters to get through all the labor of the weekend. It did the trick. I felt strong and had lots of energy. 



With the lack of the fridge we have been eating pizza too. A slice and a side of brussels sprouts hits the spot.



Nonfat vanilla lattes this week thanks to BOGO coupons and a gift card I won at work. Score! It makes living in chaos a little more manageable and saves me from digging up the coffee pot for the week.



My girlfriend is saving me this week. We do recipe swaps and give each other leftovers.  I can't cook anything right now, but she is giving me leftover food and it could not come at a more perfect time. I can't wait to cook again with my new appliances and make her some yummy stuff. But in the meantime I'm enjoying her spinach bake.



And her pesto chicken with quinoa.

And her butternut squash. I didn't take a picture, but it was good. It was my first time having it and I'm a fan! I can't believe how much it tasted and looked like a noodle. I will definitely be using it for spaghetti in the future.




And her homemade granola bars. Seriously, she is a rock star!





Since my family room and dining room are CHAOS and I haven't felt like trying to find the ingredients to make anything in the crock pot our meals have been mostly take out.



Monday we were off so we did make Spinach Triangles in the toaster oven. Tuesday we had Qdoba. I hadn't had Qdoba in a long time and I forgot how amazing it was.



Wednesday we had Jimmy John's. 



Thursday we went appliance shopping by our fave sushi place so we grabbed sushi. YUM.



I have a new snack obsession. KIND Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond bars. OMG. Best snack ever! They were out of my standby coconut almond flavor so I tried this and it's a new fave.

This week has been a bit chaotic and stressful and tiring, but something important happened. I started enjoying my journey again. Last week we ate out everyday with friends so it was hard to eat right and I really had to watch my portions. The weeks before I was cooking a lot but not liking much of what I was cooking.

This week I ate a lot of my favorites again. I felt good again. I started enjoying the journey again which is so important!
