Fit Friday!

Happy Friday! You gotta love a four day week, right? It sure did fly by. I didn't weigh in this week since I'm always ridiculous over holidays. I treat them like vacations for some reason and I need to remedy that. Instead of weigh in results, I will give you this article. Please read. It's amazing. I agree with her 100%! You are welcome. Okay, on to my workouts this week:

Monday - Walk 3 miles with Manny
Tuesday - Walk 30 min with Manny and 3 miles on lunch
Wednesday - Walk 30 min with Manny and walk 3 miles on lunch
Thursday - The Shred Level 1Walk 30 min with Manny and walk 3 miles on lunch
Friday - The Shred Level 1Walk 30 min with Manny and walk 3 miles on lunch
Saturday - The Shred Level 1 and Walk 30 min with Manny

The best part about breakfast lately is this new coffee flavor, Chocolate Glazed Donut. Stop it. It tastes JUST. LIKE. a chocolate donut! How is that even possible?! It is my new favorite thing right now and I seriously look forward to it every morning. It really is the little things, you know?

My lunches have been a meal plan asiago spinach brat and asparagus. I know I talked bad about the meal plan food last week, but after a holiday weekend of eating junk food this was a welcome change...

UNTIL I tried the rotisserie chicken. I ate about half and then it got super chewy and I just couldn't do it. ICK ICK ICK. I'm done with slimy, fatty chicken!

My afternoon snacks have been Cinnamon Oatmeal. Yum! This was such a nice change. With the air conditioning blasting, this sure hits the spot and warms the soul. It also does a better job keeping me full longer since my hours changed and I eat dinner a bit later now.

Speaking of dinners, I don't know what it is. Maybe all the cooking we did over the weekend? I just could not get into meal planning. It stressed me out and the grocery store overwhelmed me so the first few days were touch and go. Random dinners. Sushi even one night, I think? But I finally got my act together Thursday and made Slow Cooker Pot Roast. I don't know what it is, but when I prep dinner before work I feel like Super Wife. It is the best feeling! This is seriously such an easy recipe and I love the smell of the house when we come home to it! Also? It makes great leftovers for tonight and the weekend. Score!

How are you all doing?
