Fit Friday!

I was extra strict this week and incorporated more working out than the past few weeks to counteract all the wine and cheese I had over the weekend.

The stats this week:

Pounds Lost: 1 pound
To Go: 40

I'm actually really pleased with that considering I am never very good on vacation. Also? I didn't gain! I also incorporated weight training this week. But I think I am most excited that my black leggings fit again! I couldn't get them past my knees for a while, but they slide on perfectly and fit like a glove again. YAY!

We got back late Sunday evening from Traverse City and I had no desire to meal plan or grocery shop so we just made do with what me had and cooked whatever we felt. It worked well for us. We had more food than I thought we had. Here is what our menu looked like:

Sunday – Reduced Fat Pringles and Edamame (Dinner of champions, right?! I wasn’t really hungry after a big lunch)

Monday - Egg Sandwich and a side of Turkey Sausage

Tuesday – Chicken Stir Fry
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday – Spaghetti
Friday – Out (I have a Groupon for sushi we need to use before it expires)

I did meal plan for this next week and I’m really excited for it! Hint: Slow Cooker Potato Soup is on the list for Saturday, yummmmmmmmm.

My lunches had been baby carrots and 5 Tyson Chicken nuggets and it has really hit the spot this week. I’m obsessed with those little nuggets. I like to cut the nuggets into really tiny pieces which makes me not eat as fast.

Here are my workouts for the week:

Sunday – Rest
Monday – The Shred Level 1 and 3.5 mile walk
Tuesday – 3.5 mile walk
Wednesday – Cardio Max and 3.5 mile walk
Thursday – 3.5 mile walk
Friday – Biggest Loser Yoga and 3.5 mile walk
Saturday – The Shred Level 1

How did you guys do this week?
