Saturday we cleaned, did yard work, and had friends over for a BBQ. The boys played games and I enjoyed snuggles with this sweet little and good conversation with her mamma.
On Sunday we woke up early and headed out to Grand Haven to my friend's lake house. The weather was perfect for a day on the lake - sunny and 90 degrees. Perfection!
We literally were in Lake Michigan from the moment we arrived to the time we left (minus one game of Corn Hole and one walk down the beach). That is about 5 hours of floating. Garth even brought lunch out so we could continue floating. To say we made the most of our day on the beach is an understatement. It was amazing. I didn't want the day to end. It was so gosh darn relaxing floating, chatting, hanging out, and watching boats go by.
We drove back late Sunday night wondering how the weekend flew by so fast. How was your weekend?
