In the meantime, I'm trying to not beat myself up about it. To just keep doing what I'm doing and keep on keeping on. I know I'm doing everything right, I just need to keep at it and not to get discouraged. Life is too short for that.

I would try upping your workouts by 15 more minutes and cutting back a little on your calories. I would also alternate calories, one day eat 1300, the next 1400, the next 1500, etc. that way you keep your body guessing.
I'm sure you're just exchanging some fat for muscle- don't be hard on yourself!
