How did you all do this week? I did pretty well
considering we had our company retreat which meant I had no control over the food.
I kept my portions in check and worked out every day. I maintained last week so it was nice to see the scale move this week, even if it was only one pound. A pound is a pound, right? I changed things up to
prevent boredom so this was my schedule:
Sunday – Rest
Monday – Shred Level 1
Tuesday – 30 min on elliptical
Wednesday – Shred Level 1
Thursday – 30 min on elliptical
Friday – Shred Level 1
Saturday - 30 min on elliptical
In other news, I am addicted to Weight Watcher Candy Bar Ice Cream.
They are seriously incredible.
I am also currently loving the Thomas' whole grain bagel thins for only 110 calories with Laughing Cow Cream Cheese with only 45
calories.
In other news, Garth has been training for the
Chicago Marathon since January. As of today he has lost 15 pounds since his
feet first hit the pavement. His schedule is a lot more intense these days so
he has been eating really healthy because food really is fuel. His
schedule looks like this:
Sunday – Cross training
Monday – Run 3 miles
Tuesday – Run 6 miles
Wednesday – Strength and Core Training
Thursday – Run 3 miles
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Run 13 miles
Crazy, huh?! I am so proud of him for sticking
with it, even as it gets a lot more difficult in the final two months of
training. There is still time to donate to the cause too!

I LOVE laughing cow cheese... they are so addicitng though.. I always end up using more than one wedge. LOL
My Zumba instructor was on vacation so the working out part...not so much...but I did great with eating fairly healthy & drinking water!

Woo hoo on losing a pound!
I have REALLY bad knees, so I have a hard time finding cardio that doesn't hurt. So I just bought some pink boxing gloves to try to start up that. This weekend I'm hoping to get a punching bag so I can start next week. Then maybe I can get my working out back on track!
