2 lbs lost this week.

5 lbs lost total so far.

15 more pounds to go.

6 weeks without an ounce of pop.

6 glasses of Dr. Oz’s Weight-orade consumed.

17th day of Ripped in 30.

10 miles walked this week.

1500 calories a day eaten.

8 glasses of water drunk per day.

40 glasses of water drunk in a week.

4 homemade meals created this week.
