Fit Friday!

I weighed in this morning and was down two pounds. YAYAYA! I was surprised because I have not worked out at all this week. It has rained everyday so I have not had a walk outside and I have had something every night after work... And I just cannot wake up early enough in the morning. We put our down comforter on the bed since it's getting coldler and it's so warm and cozy I cannot get up until the last minute.
The only changes I have made are elimating snacking at night and eating cooked meals instead of take-out. I am keeping my calorie count around 1500 and it seems to be working. So here are the stats:

Total Pounds Lost: 3 lbs
Pounds To Go: 25 lbs

I'm happy with my success so far. I'm losing each week so that is great. I'll integrate exercise into my week and let you know how that goes next week. A friend of mine recommended the workout video 10 Pound Slimdown Xtreme. She said it made the 30 Day Shred look easy! It is a bit pricey so I'm not sure I'm ready to commit, but it's tempting. She is seeing great results. How are you all doing?
