Yesterday a co-worker of mine and I were talking about our age. He was very surprised I was 27 and then the conversation went like this....
Co-worker: "Well how old is Garth?"
Me: "29."
CW: "Wow! You guys don't look or act that old."
What?! Is. That. Supposed. To. Mean?!?

I've got nothing. But I wouldn't take it badly. :) I like to try & think of things that come out of people's mouths as compliments no matter how they meant it or how it sounded.
I wouldn't take it bad, I would take it as y'all look really young and great to be near 30 ;)
People say the craziest things. I think he meant is at a compliment at least. Ha! Hope you have a great day.
I once went to a Dollar General and tried to buy the movie "Flash of Genius." It's rated R and I didn't have my ID on me. When I couldn't prove I was at least 18, the checkout guy actually DENIED. MY. PURCHASE. I was 25 and sporting a wedding ring at the time!
hahaha...I'm with you...what in the world is that supposed to mean?!? Was that a good thing? or perhaps a bad thing? ha!
Haha. How old was this guy?? 22? I remember graduating from college and thinking my brother, who was 25 at the time, was SOOOO old. Oh how times change!
I'd take it as a compliment that you're still one hot YOUNG chick!
That guy must have been younger. I would totally take that the wrong way.
Haha I can't believe he said that! As far as not looking that old I think that's totally a good thing and he probably meant you didn't act all old, stuffy, and serious (also definitely good). Too funny - I probably would have taken it the wrong way though if someone said that to me.
I'd try to take it as a compliment, you both are young at heart and that shows.
