Menu Monday.

So last week I didn't make one recipe on the plan. Oops. We still ate healthy, but we ate foods we had at home. Trader Joe spinach pie, chicken caesar salad, tuna melts, etc. It was nice to eat up foods in our fridge. I think when meal planning in the future I will take into account what we already have!

On that note, this week we will continue to eat foods we have at home and eat a lot cleaner. It's time to get the Myrtle Beach diet in full swing!

Monday - Jenny-O turkey brats and carrots
Tuesday - Chicken Caesar Salad (with Ken's Lite Caesar dressing)
Wednesday - Trader Joe Spinach Pie
Thursday - Tuna melts
Friday - date night!

I'm keeping it simple this week so Garth and I can focus on working hard, exercising harder, and kicking off small group this week. What's on your menu?

I also love Chicken Caesar Salad! I should totally put that on my menu for next week!

Mmmm...chicken caesar is so yummy! We aren't eating in a lot this week, we've got way too much planned!

We didn't plan for last week and it shows!!!! Back on it this week as we have a 5 day break in The Lake Distrcit at end of June and then a week in Sunny Algarve in Sept...YIKES!!! Time to get serious.
Mon- Chicken Salad and Baked Potato
Tues- Spag Bol with Quorn
Wed- Beef Stirfry
Thurs- Prawn Omlette and Salad
Fri- Steak, Brussels and Potato Wedges

I'm also having Porrideg fro Brekkie every morning
Soup and fruit for lunch followed by yoghurts
