Weight Update

I know it's been awhile since I updated, but the truth is, I haven't weighed myself in two weeks. I kinda went a little crazy on our camping trip with lots of yummy food and was afraid of the scale. But once I got back to reality, I got right back on track eating healthy and exercising everyday.
I am still maintaining at a total of 8 pounds lost. I am content with this considering I am having a hard time staying at 1200 calories lately. I don't know what it is but I am hungry all. the. time. And my self-control has been non-existent as of late. Baked cheetos are my weakness, argh! But hopefully next week I'll have lost. Here's to keeping on track!

Good news! Baked Cheetos come in 100 calorie packs!!! Get those and you won't feel guilty about eating them!! :-)

I thought I would have have gained on vacation too, but somehow managed not to. Only a pound, which considering all the ritas is great!

Your doing awesome, and I personally think summer is the hardest time. There are so many cookouts and vacations, which are fun but totally ruin diet plans...

Ah, I know what you mean, I have been just starving lately. I ate a good breakfast, a healthy lunch and as I dove into my afternoon snack, I was still ravenous. Thank goodness for 100 calorie Yoplait yogurt!!!

Good for you! Eight pounds is great! I haven't tried the baked cheetos but I am loving these little Hostess 100 Calorie strawberry cakes packs. Amazing!
