Spoiled

Yesterday I bragged about being a stellar wife, but it's my husband who is the real star. He appreciated all the work I've been doing around the house by bringing home a dozen red roses last night!!! I melted.

I always say I'm not one of those girls who needs her man to buy her flowers. Case in point: I told my husband NOT to buy a vase since the only one we received for our wedding was this hideous purple and yellow grandma style vase that does not match anything in our place! I believe his words were "Well then don't expect flowers from me." And I said "Good because they just die a few days later, it's a waste of money."

But secretly I love when he buys me flowers because they brighten up the room and make the apartment smell delish! And it makes me feel special knowing he was thinking about me and wanting to show that.

I am spoiled by that man of mine. I love him so darn much.

Sounds to me like you are both doing a great job taking care of the other. And based on that last post, I 'd say you are a tres stellar wife!

I heard that a woman initiating sex was like a man buying a girl flowers or doing the dishes... and honey! You know I love me some flowers! :D

Aww so sweet! I love being married.

I saw you are a "follower" of mine - that sounds weird doesn't it - haha - so I thought I would say hello!

I enjoyed reading down through your blog - can't wait to read more!
