Sunday - 21 DFX Cardio and walked 8 miles (3 with Manny and 5 at the park with family)
Monday - 21 DFX Upper Fix
Tuesday - 21 DFX Plyo Fix
Wednesday - 21 DFX Lower Fix
Thursday - 21 DFX Dirty 30
Friday - 21 DFX Cardio
I'm enjoying the workout schedule and how good I feel afterwards. I'm definitely taking Saturday off because I firmly believe in giving your body a rest day. It is needed! I am sore, but it hurts so good.
Eats:
Breakfast this week has been a cup of raspberries and 2 eggs with spinach and feta. YUM!
My morning snack was half a protein shake (1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 2 cups ice).
Lunch has been minestrone soup and an apple.
My afternoon snack has been a Kind bar and 2 clementines.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I had stir fry with extra broccoli on the side. This is why I love Chinese take out. It feeds me all week long!
Thursday night I had a club sandwich from J Alexander's. It's seriously the best sandwich EVER. And those fries, though.
Tonight we are going to our friend's house for a quick dinner before we start our dance class. So exciting!!
