I'm so glad I switched up my workouts this week. I enjoyed doing this video so much more! The moves were completely different and it was just the change I needed to look forward to working out again.
Weigh in this week:
To Go: 39 to go
Total Lost: 16 pounds
A loss is a loss is a loss so I'll take it! I ate later than usual a few nights and I had some high sodium meals that may have influenced this so I'm just going to keep on keeping on.
Thoughts this week:

So lets take a look at how far I have gotten with a face transformation before and after.
Before:
After:
My face is looking slimmer and I am getting compliments that I look good. People are noticing! Such a great sign. My pants are looser. I feel better. And to reward myself for 16 pounds lost I dyed my hair a reddish/purple and I love it! Cheers to this journey!
Eats this week:
Friday night G made spinach and artichoke dip and PF Chang egg rolls. Yum!
Saturday morning I had a poptart and black coffee.
After walking Manny I was hungry so I had a second breakfast. A protein shake: Handful of spinach, half a banana, one scoop vanilla protein powder, half a cup of coffee, one cup ice and a splenda. So good!
For dinner Saturday night I had TJ Veggie Pad Thai. It smelled better than it tasted, but I still liked it.
Sunday and Monday I had my typical breakfast. 2 eggs in a mug, 1/4 cup cheddar on a sandwich thin. SO GOOD. And filling.
In an effort to not tire of this old breakfast stand by the rest of the week my breakfast was a bagel thin with Onion and Chive Cream Cheese and 2 hard boiled eggs. I haven't been able to find Laughing Cow Cream Cheese anywhere, do they still make it?! I hope so. But 2T of the real thing is only 80 calories so it's not too bad.
For lunch this week I had TJ Roasted Red Pepper Soup.
My snacks this week have been an apple and a Kind bar.
Monday night G made spaghetti. He makes the best spaghetti, you guys. He adds onion and green pepper and it just MAKES it. Fun fact: He made this on our first date and since his apartment had no furniture we ate it on a blanket in his living room. Ahhh, sweet memories.
I had some Brussels on the side. We also ate this for dinner Tuesday night as well and it was just as good.
Wednesday night I had a hair appointment so I didn't get home until 10:30 so I just grabbed thai food from this place next door and it was amazing! New fave. I had it for lunch the next couple of days and it was even better.
Thursday night we spontaneously had friends over. We grabbed takeout from our fave Italian place in town and ate at the house. I love that I'm becoming less of a perfectionist and can have people over without stressing over making something from scratch and having everything perfect. If I had I would have missed out on a great night with awesome people and real conversation.
