Fit Friday!

I didn't weigh in this week because I promised myself I wouldn't until December 11th (three month anniversary of when I started this thang). I did weigh in after I got back from our little mini getaway and I had only gained half a pound which is pretty impressive for me. I still logged every single thing I ate over my time off and away and worked out. That is progress! So I don't think the scale will be that bad, but I don't want to obsess and I don't to let it get me down or discouraged if I didn't lose. But I'm back on track and better than ever!

Here are my workouts for the week:

Sunday - Pilates
Monday - Walk Manny 30 minutes
Tuesday - Walk Manny 30 minutes
Wednesday - Walk Manny 30 minutes and walk 3 miles on lunch
Thursday - Walk Manny 30 minutes and walk 3 miles on lunch
Friday - Walk Manny 30 minutes and walk 3 miles on lunch
Saturday - Walk Manny 30 minutes and walk 3 miles on lunch

It was a low key week on exercise front, but it was my first week back after ten days off so I gave myself some grace. I'm easing back into waking up at 6:00 a.m. everyday after a long string of sleeping in. My life is hard, I know.

Here are some of my eats this week and last:

Qdoba taco bowl replicas are my JAM. Spinach, grilled chicken sprinkled with cumin and chili powder, brown rice, onion, black beans and 2 tablespoons of low fat sour cream. AMAZING.I ate this twice in one day it was so good.

Brats and brussles. It's a favorite around these parts.

This beautiful bird my SIL cooked to perfection.

I heart Thanksgiving. Such good food! Okay, I'm not the biggest fan of Thanksgiving food per se. But I do love me some turkey, garlic mashed potatoes and mac and cheese!

I made chili with the leftover turkey.

Black coffee and egg in a cup. A favorite breakfast of mine.

Starbucks!!! I heart their non fat cinnamon dolche latte. I also love that G won a gift card to Starbucks so I don't have to feel bad about my addiction.

TJ Roasted Red Pepper Soup. I forgot how much I love this soup! I need to go buy about ten more of the so I can eat it for lunch everyday all winter long.

Cucumbers! A fave veggie these last two weeks. I ate about a cup of cucumbers with each lunch and dinner. 

KIND bars are my jam. I didn't grab my favorite flavor, but these are pretty dang good.

I switched it up and had my old standby: toast with peanut butter and cinnamon. I used to eat this every single day for about three years. Now I'm obsessed with egg in a mug but I like to bring this back once and a while. It's still a favorite.
