Fit Friday

I turn 31 today. I am the heaviest I've ever been so I decided to make 31 my healthiest year ever. 

I'm starting T25 today. 

I'm cleaning up my diet. 

I'm eating out less.

I'm cooking A LOT more.

It's time. Time to be a grown up. 

I did stop counting calories and I really do feel free. I am just listening to my body and I'm not starving all the time. I actually lost four pounds this first week of not obsessing over calories. Crazy, right? 

So here's to a new year and a new me. Bring it on, 31!

Happy Birthday! I think you can do it! I'm 31 as well and I'm working on losing the last bit of baby weight and hopefully getting back into really good shape after that. It's never too late.

Wow! 4lbs already! Awesome :) enjoy your bday! I did t25 for a week or so, some or the moves are good, I alternated with a weight video to not lose muscle. He's intense, but you can do it! 31 will be great!!

You can do it girl! I have been doing T25 and it has been amazing. I can really see the changes in my body. Happy happy birthday beautiful girl!!!
