I love reading food blogs because I have a fascination with what people eat. I just do not how they are able to photograph every meal. I tried to do it for one day and it was hard! But I did it so here is a look at what I eat everyday:

Breakfast (Egg Mug):

Morning snack:

Lunch (Black beans and avocado):
Afternoon snack:

Dinner (Veggie Pizza):

This is a normal day for me. When I like something I like it a lot and will eat it everyday. So this is pretty much what I eat every day, though the dinner will change. This is about 1400 calories and that is average for me to consume. I try to keep it under 1500, though I give myself a little flex if I work out extra hard that day. I don't eat anything after dinner and I didn't take pictures of my drinks because all I drink during the day is water and green tea. I drink a lot of tea. Seriously. My favorite is Tazo Zen Tea.

I wouldn't guess that's anywhere near 1,400 calories. How do you make an egg mug? In the microwave?

I love avocado, but never thought to mix it with black beans for lunch. That sounds extra yummy. I'm really inspired by your eats. What healthy fuel you are putting in your body.

Our fridge is always stocked with avacado! Never would I have thought to eat them with black beans, must try. Thanks for sharing!
