It is back! I started working out in the morning so I can cook after work while Garth runs instead. And eating the same things was starting to get old. Here is what is on the menu this week:
Monday - Shredded Chicken Tacos
Tuesday - Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche with a Brown Rice Crust
Wednesday - $3 burgers and bowling with small group
Thursday - Chicken Stir Fry
Friday - Crockpot Spinach Lasagna
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Out to dinner
I was asked if we eat leftovers or have any. We do usually have leftovers and take them for our lunches or eat them on Saturday for lunch and / or dinner. I also mentioned we haven't had pop in over a month. We usually drink water plain or with Crystal Light. I recently found this drink from Dr. Oz called Weight-orade on Pinterest and plan to try it this. I'll let you know how it is!

mmm, menu sounds good! good luck with level 3 coming up- I think that one is the hardest :O

I haven't had pop since January. But I love carbonated drinks. So I have found some organic carbonated juices, and ice mountain makes a sparkling water with lemon or lime and a few other flavors. Normally I hate the taste of fruit flavored water but these don't have that nasty fake taste. Seeing as my only reason for liking pop in the first place was the carbonation these have been great substitutes. The only time I have had a pop is a sprite when I was a bit ill just to soothe my stomach.
Yum! And totally trying the drink!
I've been wanting to do a crockpot lasagna! And I bookmarked the quiche too :)
