I lost a pound this week. Woohoo! I have been walking thirty minutes a day and Garth and I have been cooking everday. There are a few things I want to do to improve my weight loss efforts:
1. Portion control! This is something I really struggle with. Garth made tacos this week and I ate four. FOUR. And I was still hungry! That is not right. I should not be eating more than Garth.
2. More intense workouts. Walking is great, but I need to get back into doing yoga, Shredding, Cardio Max, etc.

One pound is better than nothing!
I have not worked out in a couple of weeks, I'm so bad! But I need to back into the swings of things!
So it's almost 6:30am here, and I was reading blogs, delaying going to the gym because it's been a long week... but your post has me out the door with my gym bag! Congrats on the progress - and don't be too hard on yourself!
Congrats on the 1 pound this week! Just keep trucking one day at a time. You are doing good! I think it's safe to say most of us struggle with portion control - you are not alone!
way to go...I seriously think that portion control is such a huge issue! that's why eating out at restaurants is so bad when you're trying to watch your weight!
Portion control is my biggest issue too. I LOVE to eat, and I eat a lot! I'm slowly losing inches and pounds just by doing Turbo Fire. I haven't really cut back on my portions or food choices yet though. I think if I did I might be losing more quickly!

one pound is awesome! i SUCK at portion control. i will eat an entire box of cookies in one sitting. not good.
Congrats on your pound! That's great! Portion control is so hard! And I am always hungry! I've been saying the same thing, I need to get back to doing something like the Shred or something more intense than what I've been doing! We can do it :)
