I watched my calories and I worked out for at least a half an hour every day this week. It's funny because back in my Shredding days Cardio Max was my "easy" video. Now, it kicked my butt and I was sore for days!
I'm not sure if the working out makes me hungrier or if it's lifting weights again, but the scale didn't budge this week. It is frustrating, but I did notice that my pants are much looser...
And then I came across an old blog from when I was losing the "happy weight" I gained from my frist year of marriage. I realized I'm at that same point now, maintained the weight lost but still having ten pounds to go. I look at the after picture and it makes me proud of how far I've come. Yes, I had lost those ten and gained it back, but at least I didn't gain the other 14 pounds on top of it.
And you know what? I am proud of how far I've come and I'm excited to push further and lose the last ten once and for all! How are you all doing?
