It's no secret we live in the "country" now. Land of farmers, pick-up trucks, fire pits, flannel, Walmart, cowboy boots, and hard working Americans. I love it. I love the people. I love the atmosphere. I love a good bon fire. I love cowboy boots. I love it all.
But I think we became a little more country this weekend. This is a text conversation between me and my friend, Claire:
Me: We went hillbilly and bought an inflatable pool this weekend.
Claire: hahahahaha! yay! i love that! have you played in it yet?
Me: Heck yes! All day and we are sunburned!
Claire: hahaha you little sunburned country bumpkin!

Ha! We did the same thing. Blew up an inflatable pool and chilled in it on Saturday and got sunburned. Must run in the family.
You are too stinkin' cute! I love it. Enjoy that pool :)
Ha. When we lived in a suburb(we=my family before I was married, they now live out in the county), we bought a baby pool and filled it up with cold water and put it in the front yard....for the dog! He needed somewhere cool to relax :)
Too funny! That's about the only way I would get in a pool these days. No one should have to be blinded by the ultra whiteness that is my legs. :)
My parents live out in the country and I love it! We had an inflatable pool out on Memorial Day and it was super fun :)
haha! I love this... I feel you girl! We live out in the country as well... we actually had to stop for a family of cows to cross the road on the way to church yesterday... I just thought, "ONLY IN ALABAMA!" :)
