Fit Friday!

"It's Friday, Friday. Gotta get down on Friday..." Does anybody else get that Rebecca Black song in their head every Friday? I sing it every. Single. Friday. Morning and it drives Garth crazy.

Anyways, it's my weigh-in Friday. I was scared to weigh-in this morning because I have introduced carbs back into my life, we had a three day holiday weekend, and I haven't been feeling great so I have not worked out much this week. I maintained my two pound weight loss and was actually .4 pounds away from losing another pound. I was pretty happy with that considering!

I calculated out the weeks leading up to Myrtle Beach and I need to lose 2 pounds a week to get to my goal weight so I need to up my game this week. I plan to grocery shop and meal plan tomorrow and start my work out schedule so next Friday should be a good weigh-in! How are you all doing?

You can do it girl!!! I finally hit a small goal for myself so that makes me work harder. Keep up the great work. :)
