Fit Friday!

I'm not gonna lie, I struggled this week. I had a hard time waking up early thus I only worked out three times this week and I had a hard time eating clean. I ate too much take out and high salt foods. Luckily I maintained, but I'm ready to get back into it this week and see a change on the scale!
Any tips or tricks? New workouts you enjoy? I checked out The Firm Cardio Killer but found it to be very annoying and not very difficult. Any words of advice or encouragement are welcome!

The fact that you did three workouts this week is not that bad!

I too have SO much trouble getting up in the morning, especially just to work out. So I've found that working out late in the evening works better for me, around 9 or 10 pm. Then I am worn out, can take a hot shower and go to bed! I know this doesn't work well for everybody though.

Keep up the good work, and let this so-so week motivate you to a great one next week!

I'm lacking motivation on my end too and need to step it up since I have vacation next month. It's good that you maintained though!

I was up this week. I so admire your commitment to exercise, even if it was less than normal. Keep it up! You are doing awesome :)

Just keep pushing- I feel like I'm in the same place as you, I'm doing better than before...but not enough to see a huge difference. I just keep reminding myself that real, sustainable change takes time :0) It will be worth it when you create habits that you are able to maintain.

Since this time change I CANNOT wake up early to work out for the life of me!! & I convince myself that I have no time after work! Which I do! SO 3 times is awesome!! & hello maintaining is WAY better than gaining! Keep it up lady =D

Way to go with the 3 workouts! You can keep it up! I'm not sure if you have an iphone, but if you do, there's an app called Nike Training Club, and it's fabulous! Has cardio and toning routines and videos to go along with the exercises. You can also use your own music to infuse your workout.

I am working on some tricks for myself, here are the ones that work for me.

Meet someone to work out early, weather it is for a run or at the gym, if you are accountable to someone else you are going to be there.

Food is hard for me, I think keeping a food long is helpful. Just to add to the pressure, I am posting my food log to my blog, that way every one can read what I am eating and if I eat badly the world will know if.

Best,
elena
