Fit Friday!

I'm actually pretty cranky because I gained two pounds and I have no idea why. I did the Shred everyday, kept my portions in check, drank 6 glasses of water a day, and kept my calories at 1500 all week. I was actually excited to weigh in and see a drop so I was pretty shocked when I saw the gain. UGH. This is going to be a long process.
But I'll just keep on keeping on. Slow and steady wins the race, right? I think my problem may be that I take the weekend off from counting calories. I didn't think I overdid it on the weekends, but I better start tracking to find out! How is everyone doing? Hopefully better than me!
In hopes to end on a happy note, I know that weight is just a silly number and I shouldn't care so much about it. I just wish that was easier said than done. I know it's an accomplishment that I can even do the Shred and I'm trying to focus on that today and not the stinkin' scale.

I gained this morning too and I have really amped up my workouts so much that I am burning 1000-1100calories each session. I am also watching what I eat. I wish the pounds would just melt off.

This is definitely a frustrating process! I've just started running again and I want instant results! Have a great weekend!

Weight gain is such a bummer. I started weight watchers again and was down 2.5 my first week but this week I was back up .5 - I'm sure my San Diego vacation didn't help. We walked a ton but I also didn't count points at all while I was there. Oh well, nothing you can do but get back into it! Good luck this weekn!

i am with you! I feel like I am working out all the time, counting calories and I just don't see any change on teh scale. I've started sort of taking a break from the scale and just focused on eating healthy and working out. I'm hoping the scale will eventually get with the program...
