Menu Monday.

I really want to get into the habit of planning meals. I know it's the best way to save money grocery shopping and so I planned ahead this week and went grocery shopping yesterday. Here is what is on the agenda for the week:

Monday - Tuna Melts
Tuesday - attending a gala
Wednesday - Turkey brauts
Thursday - Chicken stir-fry
Friday - double dating
Saturday - Trader Joe Spinach Pie

Hopefully we stick with it!

Sounds delish! Menu-planning is definitely a life-saver when it comes to saving money & it's also so nice to not have to consider all of the options when planning dinner each night!

I started menu planning last month, and I really love. I think it has help cut back on spending & eating out too much.

What is Spinach Pie? That sounds so good!

Menu planning is something I really want to get better at! We've both been so busy that I feel like I'm only cooking a meal one or two nights a week and the rest are leftovers, quick meals, or eating out. Your menu sounds delish :)

I'm HUGE on menu planning. It makes a trip to the grocery store go much smoother. Plus, I think I would go into a panic attack if I entered the store without a list in hand. And it helps planning the whole week out so that I only need to go to the store once.

PS I love cooking for 2 because of all the leftovers!

Mmmm.....Tuna Melts = delish! Something that is so simple & awesome, yet I never make because Hubby doesn't like tuna.

*off to make a tuna melt for just ME*

:)
