On Saturday night we drove home and rented Date Night. I LOVED that movie. So funny! Tina Fey and Steve Carell are magical together.
Sunday we went to church with the family and then celebrated Jess' (SIL) birthday by going to J. Alexander's. YUM! Then we went to Gersey's (Michigan made so if you are ever town go here!) to enjoy some ice cream. We have been climbing on that rock (below) since we were kids!

Sounds like a super fun weekend! I long for one of those :) My husband works weekends so we never have them off together. It just makes weekends we DO have off together that much more special.

wow that sounds so fun! New Holland brewery is one of our all time faves, their beer, food, and spirits are all awesome. We always have a bottle of their Hopquila on our shelves :) Is that where you went?
Sounds like fun! My family used to vacation in Grand Haven in the summers and we'd always make a few trips to Holland too :-)
yea for Holland!! We enjoyed a few trips there -- especially during the tulip festival :)

I actually didn't really like Date Night, which was pretty disappointing. ;/ I love both Tina Fey and Steve Carrell but something about this movie just didn't sit well with me. I'm glad to know that you liked it though!!
