It's true. I turned another year older, and, er, wiser? It was a fabulous weekend spend relaxing at home with my sweet husband. He took me out to J. Alexander's and shopping. We rented movies, ate yummy food, and just were lazy. It was perfection and just what I wanted.
My actual birthday was Sunday and it was spent with all my favorites. We went to church with my family and then out to Olive Garden. My brother was home from studying abroad in Italy so it was great to see him. After lunch we went back to my parents' for gifts and chocolate cake, yum! Then we went to the park to watch my dad's baseball game and it was an exciting game, but they lost in the end. It was so close!
It was a low-key weekend, but I loved it. The rest of August is pretty crazy busy so I'm glad I had some relaxation.
Tonight we're going to look at a house again that we fell in love with last week. I'll keep you posted on that!
