The house hunt has been lacking because we haven't found any houses that jump out at us (and aren't pending bank approval). Until today that is! I. seriously. want. this. house. Before I try to sell you on it, let me just show it to you:

So are you in love with it yet? I'm totally sold on this house. It's literally 5 minutes from where we are now, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, and the school district is excellent. When can we move in? Oh wait, I still need to convince Garth it's perfect. He thinks it's too small, but it does have an unfinished basement which is an additional 538 sq. ft... I'mjustasayin.
This backyard would look great with twinkle lights, no?

That house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Boys just don't understand the importance of CHARM in a house ;), and boy, that house has it! The little details, the backyard, it's so cute! Definitely a house that I would fall in love with... so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
