So glad you were still able to celebrate mothers day with both your mother's! I had to work that day and of course I live in Georgia were neither my mother nor MIL live so we had to do the card/phone call thing:) The flowers on the banister, thats a good idea! I might have to try that on our's!
That's a very nice Mother's Day gift. I have no luck with flowers at all, in fact my mom would rather just plant them herself since she knows nothing I plant would survive. I do buy her lovely already potted plants though...
