I bought this dvd last summer! Although I must admit I only used it one time because I pulled a calf muscle and it went back on the shelf...haha! I've been meaning to pull it out and try it again though. It's definitely an intense good workout. My heart rate monitor thought I was dying because my heart rate was so high!

My husband and I both did her Making the Cut book and it was great! The workouts really kick butt. Be prepared to fork out the dough though for the meals. They can be pricey.
We don't stick to the meal plan 100% now but I do use a lot of the same recipes and still watch calorie, carb, fat intake. Still working out too! :) Have fun!
Shredding is taking over the WORLD! Ahhhhh!!!

I just jumped on this bandwagon too! I started the video yesterday. It will make you sore but it is good, fast and I'm already seeing a difference. I've done it twice now.

I had not heard of this one, but Jillian is a killer! I have one of her cardio kickboxing DVDs- it's only like 26 minutes, but my legs are about ready to melt when it's over. I could use some variety, so maybe I'll check this one out too!
hmm...I better buy this...I probably have exactly 30 days until I need to reluctantly break out the bathing suit! I might have to hop on over to Amazon and order it...Jillian is scary, but she knows how to get the job done!
