1. I love that our small group is evolving into this good group of friends. We are starting to goof around with each other and hang out on the weekends now.
2. I am so excited for date night! Garth and I are going to go check out this new Mediterranean restaurant in town.
3. I really hope State beats U of M this year. I think this could be our year.
4. I'm digging green and lemon tea bags combined into one fabulous cup of tea!
5. I'm starting to stress out about the gala only being 3 short weeks away.
6. I love that Garth reads my blog now and has become as addicted to reading the comments as I have!
7. I see good food, family and football in my very near future.
8. I'm a little sad we are done with weddings until next summer.
9. I can't wait to see Fireproof.
10. I am in need of a bubble bath. It has been far too long since I have taken one.
11. I am currently reading "Chocolate Melts in your Mouth" by Nancy Martin. I'm not loving it, maybe I should jump on the "Twilight" bandwagon.
12. I cannot believe how cold it is getting. I miss summer!
13. Is contemplating renewing our lease or taking advantage of this really good deal on a condo on Walled Lake.
14. I am hungry and ready to indulge in my fifth turkey sandwich of the week.
15. I can hardly wait for our trip to Florida over Thanksgiving to visit the grandparents.
16. I'm happy we have Halloween plans, but I have no idea what to be. Can I wear my wedding dress again and be a birde?

two years ago at work a friend of mine wore her wedding dress and painted her face white, wore a crown and somehow called it the "ice queen"? so...there is that option for you...
love randomness!
Good to hear your small group is developing into a good group of friends.
I love that your husband now reads your blog...how long until he starts his own. hehe
What do you mean you are clueless on a halloween costume? ummm HELLO? be a condiment like me...I hear salt and pepper are still available!
That is the best feeling when a group of acquaintances becomes close knit like that!
If you want to get lost in a good read, I'd highly suggest the Twilight series.
As a Christian, I was a bit hesitant to dive into a book about vampires but I can assure you [from what I've read] that it's such a cute love story with a lot of drama! I'm really enjoying it!
yay for date nights!! have so much fun!
1. Yay for small group!
2. Your dinner sounds yummy!
4. I always combine tea bags as well! :)
6. I haven't given Tony that option yet . . .
I'm thinking about getting into the "Twilight" fad as well. I saw the trailer and LOVED it. So I'll probably indulge the 13 year old girl inside and read the books. ;-)
DO IT - DO IT - Jump on the Twilight bandwagon. You will NOT be sorry. AH! So good~!
Fireproof is good - just saw it last week. Take some tissues!
Aren't small groups fun? We hang out with the people in ours outside of our actual group times and it is so fun!
I am missing summer too - don't like winter at all!!!
Hi Lindsey,
Thank you for stopping by my blog! You happened to hit my personal blog so I will leave my business blog on this comment. I LOVE YOUR BLOG!, the most recent post, what you wrote, what you love, etc. Fireproof was so great last night, especially since my hubby and I have had a challenging week. What is this gala all about in 3 weeks? Sounds like a blast!
I will be back for more! :)
I forgot to mention you should think about doing a Trash the Dress shoot. You mentioned wearing your wedding dress again... it was an amazing time! I posted some photos from my shoot so you can get an idea or check out
www.trashthedress.com for more info and inspiration!
Go for the wedding dress - we all need an excuse to wear it again :)
I am right there with you, GO STATE! I have a special post tomorrow dedicated to MSU/UofM tomorrow! Although I am scared to watch, I have avoided watching the games b/c they have won when I have not watch. When I watch they loose, so I won't watch!
Although I secretly want to be at the Gin Mill {Chicago} tomorrow to watch the game! HA! HA!
All my UofM friends back in Michigan - see ya! ha! ha!
2 things: I loved your husbands thoughts on marriage. I love that you love each other so much! What God has put together, let no man separate! You guys are doing a great job at fighting the fight!
Our original small group that we joined as soon as we got married (3 years ago!) are now our best friends. It is crazy that God pulled us all together and knew that we would one day be best friends. I love it!
I am also sad that I have no weddings on my schedule for anytime in the future!
I love this post!
Oh gosh, when my husband reads my blog he always wants me to delete stuff. He is scared I am giving out to much information and some psycho blog stalker is going to hurt me. I guess this is good in the aspect that I know he cares!
