Yes, it's true. After much brainstorming with Garth, my brother Eric, and his gf Jess, we decided we are going to all dress up as "The White Trash Bridal Party." Love it! This will include Jess wearing heels, stretch pants, jean skirt, and side pony tail. The boys will be in wife beaters, suit jackets, jeans, flip flops and trucker hats.
I will be the bride with a side pony tail and blacked out teeth. I tried on my wedding dress and it FIT!!! I was so excited it still fit. BUT we decided the dress was too nice to pass off as white trash so we will be making a trip to The Salvation Army tomorrow to scope out a dress. Too fun!
In other news...we are at my parent's right now eating yummy good and drinking good wine and about to watch the biggest football game of the year: Michigan State vs. The University of Michigan! Garth and I are rivals today and were smack talking each other's team this morning. GAME ON!

That is such a great idea! I'm glad your dress fit, but even more that you decided against wearing it. Hah! Thrift all the way for a party.
Cute idea! I couldn't stand to mess up my wedding dress, I'm glad you're getting a disposable one!

Agree, your dress would not come close to passing as a white-trash-wedding dress ;-)
