Fit Friday!

Weigh in this week:


Lost: 1 pound
Total Lost: 29 pounds
To Go: 27 pounds

I'm so close to 30 pounds lost. I think I'll weigh in Sunday to see if I reached my goal this month of reaching 30 lost. I'm so close I can taste it!!!!

Workouts this week:

Friday - 
Walked 13,088 steps
Saturday - Walked 6,992 steps
Sunday - Walked 7,445 steps
Monday -  Walked 9,334 steps
Tuesday - Walked 6,283 steps
Wednesday - Walked 9,888 steps
Thursday - Walked 8,694 steps

Bah I didn't do so great. Reaching 10k steps is so much harder than I thought it would be. Especially with all the snow and not being able to walk on lunch. I gotta up my game next week!

Eats this week:


I have been making green protein smoothies to increase my veggie intake and to switch it up. I use one cup coffee, one scoop protein powder, two cups spinach, and one banana. YUM!


Lunch has been leftover chicken chili from last week. It still tastes so good! I love that it made so much that we can continue eating it into this week.


Snacks have been cottage cheese and grapes.


Monday and Tuesday night we ate Thai food. We tried a new place and the food was delicious. So happy to have found a new Thai place since our favorite is far away!


Wednesday and Thursday night we had Beef Strog. It was perfect on those cold, snowy days.

Tonight is date night! How are you guys doing?

  2. Grapes look good. I have been having good days and bad days. Sweets are still getting but I as still getting my steps in. My fitbit is keeping me on track.
