I went through a stage of distortered eating a few years back and I worry for you. I worry that your metabolism is low from years of dieting. I feel like I could have written many of your posts about weight and body image and exercise. I don't know. I only got better after I started going to therapy and listening to my body, eating when it asked for food and trusting that it knows what is best for me. I am heavier than the world's ideal, but I am healthy, not cold all the time, and most of all my world didn't revolve around food anymore. It is very freeing.
