This is what the past (birthday!) week looked like.
Monday vibes.
Sunrise walks.
Neighbor pup was my coworker for the day.
Manny had no idea there was another dog at the house, ha!
10/10 recommend.
Blue moon.
Jovie was back keeping me company while I worked.
"God spoke today in flowers, and I, who was waiting on words, almost missed the conversation." ~Ingrid Goff-Maidoff~
Still loving that boat life.
I made this sweet potato bowl during lunch so we could enjoy the lake after work and just warm up dinner later.
Genius!
We make this sweet potato bowl at least once a month because it's that good.
Manny is still enjoying the boat life too.
Summer skies.
Dog days of summer.
Am I having a mid life crisis?
I love him so much.
Of course it rained when we tried to host G's team, lol.
Another favorite summer recipe is taking a bagged Cesar salad and putting it into a wrap with air fried nuggets.
Easy and delicious.
Sweet boy.
G brought me flowers for my 42nd birthday.
Long live summer.
I closed all my rings every day in July, woo!
G brought me a Starbucks lavender latte on my birthday.
Met my mom for a fun birthday lunch.
Shopped until we dropped.
I found a vase for these beautiful flowers Jess gave me and G said it looked like a beer growler and now I can't unsee it.
Takeout Mediterranean.
Birthday boat ride.We boated by my swimming buddies and they started singing "Happy Birthday" and everyone at the park joined in.
It was the sweetest.
G watched Wicked with me and even let me rewind Dancing Through Life a million times.
Beautiful night.
A real Great Blue Heron next to a fake one, lol.
Hazy Saturday.
Cheers to seeing dear friends.
Boat snacks.
We spend most of the day on the boat catching up on life and it was lovely.
I made these Italian Chicken Sandwiches with TJ pasta salads for our dinner.
Coffee tastes better on the weekend.
This was where I was on Sunday.
Having a cherry moment.
I'm here for it.
100%.
Haha.
It's funny because it's true.
I feel seen.
