House Project.

Though we live in a very safe area, Garth and I hated the fact that our dining room windows were so exposed to the front yard and street. There were no blinds or curtains in this room thus there was no privacy.
We measured our windows, did some price shopping, and found out curtains are expensive! We found a great deal on wooden blinds at J.C. Penny though so we went last weekend and purchased some and Garth came home and installed them all by himself.
The before:

The after:Best. Investment. Ever.

I have 3 big windows in my sunroom, which is right off my living room, that had no window treatments. I HATED that at night I couldn't really see out into my yard but if someone was out there they would def be able to see in!!

I just got roman shades put up this weekend, so I feel your newfound giddy up for privacy!! haha

That's how i was with our apartment. I'm paranoid about people looking into our house.

I love the privacy that curtains/blings/venetian shutters offer!

I do not like to think about people looking in on me!

Looks great! Once we replaced all the blinds in our old house, it looked like a new place. Amazing what that little touch can do!
